I had just started fishing in mid summer 2012. I had been to a couple other bait and tackle shops but, kinda felt like i was bothering them when i would ask questions trying to learn about fishing. I pulled into Vados one day (honestly by accident) and was pleasantly supprised. I asked one question and the guy that i was talking to was almost more exited the i was about just learning about fishing. Since then i have bought other stuff besides bait like rods and reels, i got lessons with baitcasters and God only knows how many questions they have answered, if someone there doesn't know the answere they tell you they don't know, they have also talked me out of buying something i'm either just not ready for or, it's just not needed.

I could write quite a bit more about Vados but, instead i would encourage anyone to go there and experiance it for themselves. There bait may be a few cents more then some other places but honestly, i'll pay more for quality service and honesty, rather then the cheapest place in town that seems to find it a pain to help ya with anything.

Your typical family run bait store. They have fresh bait and all of the tackle and fishing "junk" you want at reasonable prices. Nice folks to deal with.
