This is the second time we've used Viking Blinds because our first experience worked well for us. We had two silhouette blinds installed in two rooms, and a sliding door treatment. In the past we completed our entire family/great room. They are very responsive, have lots of options, and really are experts. We only have a few more windows to finish, and when the time comes we'll go back to Viking Blinds.



Excellent. They always show up on time, and the installers know what they are doing. My one blind had a wrinkle in it, and when I called a couple of weeks later about it, they immediately ordered another blind from Hunter Douglas, and installed a new blind. The new one works much better. So their customer service is outstanding.
