My name is Will LeMieux. I am the owner of Will's Custom Flooring. I was first exposed to the flooring business back in 1978, while helping out at my dad's flooring store. I worked there many years doing different jobs like sweeping the floors, doing measures, helping customers, stock shelves, order flooring supplies and help get jobs ready for the contractors. Through those 16 years of experience working at a flooring store I learned what it takes to run a successful flooring company. While I received a degree in Business Administration in college, I also learned the trade of floor covering installation. I know the flooring industry well. My company has done many residential homes, apartment complex renovations, office buildings, condominium conversions, churches, and a few hotels. As you can see there is no job too big or too small for Will's Custom Flooring, Inc. We are also an Angie's List "A" rated company. Over the last 15 years, while doing business in the Twin Cities and surrounding metro areas, I have trained in 13 sub-contractors. They too are highly skilled, have been trained in by me and adhere to my guidelines of a good installation for my company. When you contact me for a bid, I will come out to your location, do the measure and guide you step by step through the process. I will schedule the job and I will either install it myself or see that the job is completed on time by one of my skilled professional contractors.
