I stopped using this Clinic five years ago. Dr McCain demanded blood tests for my 14 year old greyhound before she would renew his arthritis meds. I had a vet who made home calls do the blood work and fax it to her. She refused to accept his results and insisted I take the dog back to her clinic. I dropped her right then and went with the mobile vet. Half as expensive and twice as caring.

They gave my pet the wrong meds and it almost killed him. Turned out 2 people I work w/ took their pets there and same thing!! How can this be?! They're all about $$$ not your pets

The reception area seems to not be up on supplies. Not a bad thing necessarily, they seem to take a while to find what you need, and to check out. Perhaps it is the computer!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC! They gouge you with their prices more than any vet I have ever experienced. $420 for anesthesia alone! $735 for a simple spay repair! The owner, Doctor McCain, is rude and unprofessional. She refused to return MULTIPLE calls from the client and a referring clinic, either because she is uncaring or too cowardly or both. Take your precious pet somewhere else.

The love and care they do is Priceless!!!

Everyone was very patient with me and took time to listen to my concerns. The staff and Dr. are always there for me and my pet...the extra expense will be worth that. I will be coming back

I could not be more satisfied with the service and care me and my wonderful dog receive from All Care. I live in Ocoee but it is definitely worth the trip for the peace of mind.

We have always had a good experience in our dealings with the staff and Doctor. I especially liked the fact that someone called to check on our "girls" after a recent surgical procedure.

Dr. McCain, as well as the entire staff is awesome, hands down. I left my dog in the morning for a procedure to be done and was called in the afternoon to come pick her up. I have used All Care Animal Hospital for over 10 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. I wouldn't trust my sweet dog, ET to anyone else.

The entire staff, from the moment we arrived to when we left, we helpful and friendly. Their obvious work experience with animals and with pet owners made us all comfortable and gave us a safe and secure feeling.

Our dog got injured on a Sunday afternoon. The stag was vet responsive and arranged for the vet to meet us there. He was able to diagnose the injury, reduce his pain, and treat his injury.

Our first trip to a vet since moving cross country. Techs and Dr. McCain were very professional yet caring. Larry's brother was also seen that day. He is always anxiety ridden at the vet but the time/care provided definitely reduced his anxiety. Like the fact that there are different "packages" available that cover many of the necessary services for pets and that there is emergency service available.

Winston was treated with care during all aspects of his check-up. Dan & I really liked the vet and will ask for her for future appointments.

Dr. McCain is "wonder woman". She tells it like it is but doesn't talk down to you like you haven't taken as good of care of your pet as you should have. The staff is also awesome! They all call our pet by her name like they remember her from the last visit. I'm sure that's not the case, but it seems to help our girl stop shaking and shivering. The staff is very knowledgeable about prepping your animal (i.e. taking temperature, etc.) before the Dr. comes in to make her assessment. Dr. McCain and her staff are very good about giving you an estimate of the cost of treatment before anything is done so you won't be walking out with sticker shock. As long as Dr. McCain is practicing, she will be our vet.

The personal care that All Care provides to our pets is greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.

Our emergency visit was all we could have ever ask for! We were so glad to have all care and dr. McCain's care.

Recently, I visited All Care Animal Hospital for an emergency visit with a dog they'd never treated before. But that didn't matter. When I walked in the door, it was clear every person from the front office staff, to the vet tech, to the doctor cared about my Jem's wellbeing. In the past six months Dr. Greenstein performed a flawless surgery, in a tricky area I might add, on my border collie Josie and she healed beautifully. The care packages are a smart purchase and pay for themselves in no time.
