They came out last summer to fix an ongoing mold problem in supply duct work under the house. They charged us $650.00 to replace the duct and install another r/a vent. The duct they used was of poorer quality than we had originally. I protested, and the salesman said they would replace it with better quality if it didn't fix the problem. Within a week, it was worse. I called four times last summer, left four messages, but the sales person would not return any of my calls, and the receptionist wouldn't put me through to him, either. They are aweful!
