This place is a rip off...I reported my car as being stolen in 2013, received a letter in the mail from the police about 6 months later stating the car was still in stolen status. But this company sent me a letter about 2 weeks prior to that saying they had my car. They took it from a junk yard put it on their lot then told me I had to pay them $25 per day for storage. Apparently my car was gutted out and it was basically a shell. Someone tried to turn it in and some how this company towed it from the junk yard put it on their lot and because I didn't contact them in 37 days it is now theirs. The kicker is they took it back to the junk yard got some money for it and then placed a lien on me for $262. Granted that is not a whole lot of money, but I am in the military, have been out of the country so the only documentation I have of this car is from the police. I tried to explain this to "the owner" and he told me that is not is fault and hung the phone up. I immediately called back and told him all I wanted from him is some sort of paper work stating what I am paying him this money for if he already received money on the vehicle? I also explained I didn't want to fight with him, my profession is fighting for this country and the last thing I want to do is fight over $262. I asked if I can pay this supposed bill over the phone and I was told I have to be there in person. I am currently stationed in GA and now I have to drive all the way to FL to pay him money for my own car. Bottom line this company is very shady and I believe they are not very trust worthy. Now I am not able to renew my tags on my current car due to someone being very money hungry and greedy. I hope this $262 will help his shady establishment say in business.
