I had an appointment for 1:30, ended up waiting in line for 5 min at the door, was told my reservation was almost canceled because I checked in after 1:30 (because I was in line) and then had to wait around another half hour until 2:00 before anyone came to help me. If I wasn’t going to be seen until 2:00 I should have been made a reservation at 2:00 so I didn’t have to leave work for as long. I had a problem with my headphones breaking off in my phone (which was the Apple headphones malfunction, not my doing) and was told I’d need to buy a new phone. They helped me get an adaptor for my charging port since I can’t afford a new phone. This makes it so I can listen to music through headphones but I still can’t play any sound out loud from my phone.
