The 1 star reviews are exactly opposite of my experience with Kustom. I used them twice in the last two months. They were prompt, the guys were friendly and helpful, and they got the job done. Inn fact, I just called them this morning to pick up a car and deliver it to a repair shop. I have had nothing but good experiences with them!

I have AAA and towering on my insurance. They charged me 125 and made me sign over my car title and I had to fight them to get it back after being hit in an accident.

The woman that works here is a monster. She yelled at me for 10 minutes because I wouldn't let them keep my car.
