The owner of this facility, Pat Kenig, needs to be put in a home. She went out of her way to make the environment more uncomfortable for my grandmother with Alzheimers Disease. There were too many crappy run ins with this woman to list here and have chosen to report her to local state authorities. The staff is very caring and provides 1:1 care when needed. But, that doesn't change that the owner is a huge liar, hypocrit and I believed delusional. Even when we transferred my grandmother to a different facility, she found a way to screw up paperwork and insisted that she should stay there. Good thing I'm a nurse and made some phone calls, got all the paperwork in order MYSELF and got her out of there. Hell, Hell, Hell
