I spoke to Austin who sounded friendly and personable. I told him i was considering switching ins companies. He asked many questions assuming the sale. He offered me a top of the line ins, with discounts for multiple cars, storage and for signing up for automatic withdraw from my bank. I declined auto pay since he couldn't offer me any kind of assurance of his security system with my credit card information being stored in his possession. After half hr he gives me a reasonable quote. When the prices weren't adding up, he said he forgot there is a $30 policy fee. I expressed that the current company i was with didn't charge that. He became irate, said they were lying to me about not charging me, that his insurance is better, then said I should stay with them then before slamming the phone down. I returned the call, said he was rude and ill mannered for hanging up on some one bc they didnt want to ins with him, he said I wasted half hr of his time to just not join. I said it wasn't my fault that he is slow and took half hr to give me a quote. All in all it may be good insurance at a fair price but very rude owner/manager.
