Unprofessional and overpriced. Unfriendly front office staff. Incompetent vets. They performed x-rays, blood tests, and prescribed medications with no mention of the cost. So i was very surprised when the receptionist gave me the bill ($600).The vet failed to read previous records and tried to do the same test multiple times and charge me for it. All tests were inconclusive. So, we spent $600 to find out nothing about our dogs condition. Then, because they couldn't diagnose our dog, we were told that we should take him to a vet in Aurora since they don't have the right equipment in Minooka. I have since taken my dog to a different vet and found out the medications they sold me in Minooka are useless for what is wrong with him . I just can't believe they have the gaul to charge me so much money for a 10 minute visit that gave my dog zero help. Also, they should try dressing more professionally. They basically wear pajamas.
