The house we picked was older and we had dishwasher issues, but with a little negotiating they got us a working one. No other complaints so far.

The people in the office are rude and blatantly disrespectful, they lie about paperwork on file to make you pay for preexisting damages to the homes, they ignore maintenance requests, and are overall absolutely horrible to deal with.

Horrible customer service! The females in the office have terrible attitudes (especially the receptionist); I couldn't even bring myself to call them ladies.

It is clear management does not care about the residents or the military. It is a shame they are on a military installation.

- 5 Stars, they should owe us stars for having to put up with their power plays & attitudes.
