Horribly managed. Bought a stereo for installation at the end of November, was told that I wouldn't be able to have it installed until beginning of January, and even then, was unable to have it installed due to their ONE technician being unavailable. Regardless of reason, this is unacceptable. To top it off, when I took it to a professional shop, they informed me that Best Buy had ordered the wrong part for the installation. Waste of time, waste of money, look elsewhere.

When my computer DVD/CD player...

When my computer DVD/CD player stopped working, I went to Best Buy to ask them if it could be repaired. They told me that they would have to replace the player inside the computer, which would cost more than the value of the computer. They then showed me external devices which would play the DVD/CD's for me. I was extremely pleased with the service, quick and courteous attention to my needs, and price range of the item which I was viewing for purchase.

Why is it soo small?!?

Was it supposed to be an outlet? The pricessure don't reflect that. Or is it a statement about how advancements in technology make equipment more and more compact requiring less space to display. Either way selection is standard (people still buy CDs, and nokia phone cases?!?) remove those useless aisles to make more room for console bundles with poorly choiced games at 2006 prices!
