Absolutely terrible! Wanted to go in for an eye exam. One, they never asked what I what I needed. Two, told me that my appointment was on a Tuesday did not give me a date so I showed up that Tuesday (called a Thursaday). My appointment wasn't that Tuesday so no big deal right? So, I show up to my appointment on the correct Tuesday two weeks later and three, not only were they rude the first time but extreamly rude the second time. The receptionist was staring at my hair the whole time then told me they didn't except my insurance. I also heard the second Receptionist telling a customer on the phone that they were extremely busy that they hadn't got to asking something with his insurance. Both times I was in there it was dead (maybe one person walked in).
