The staff provide the WORST customer service. No communication nor do they pass on messages to their co-workers. I always got the run around. They never took care of the maintenance issues that came up. I always had to spend my own money if I wanted the issue resolved and never got compensated for it. The rent went up over $100 without any notice within the 4th month of my stay, which wasn’t in my contract. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. After I left, I was charged for two months rent past the end of my contract date, which had to get resolved through court.

I am a prospective renter and went in to CPM after hearing nothing but good things about them, I am anxious to find a property to rent from CPM

I live at one of CPM's unit and I would like to say the CPM crew have been awesome while we have lived here. Unfortunately we are leaving due to the military but if we come back we will be renting from you guys. You guys are awesome, Thank You!

The laundry was shared in the basement but almost always broken.
*You could only have cable on the main floor because they would not allow you to install cable upstairs.
*the cabnits in the kitchen had screws sticking out of them, missing handles, and were falling apart. They would not fix them because they said "the building owner does not want to do repairs or replace items yet"
*there was a problem with their online pay system. We paid online once and the money never reflected and was lost. So since the payment never reflected, the charged US more money because THEIR system wasnt working. Thank god the credit card company gave us the money back...
*the shower was outrageous. It would go from burning hot to icy cold in 2 seconds. About every three months, the shower would stop working and then we could only take baths. Took about 2 weeks for them to come fix it each time.

I will honestly never rent from them again.

Their company is easy to work with , we should have leased all of the units for our employees through them. They are much less of a headache than the previous management we dealt with.
