I lived in one of the apartments they rented for two years. It was horrible!! The railings remained loose because no one cared enough to repair it. The smell of cigarette smoke in the place was terrible. The smell was so strong, I had to put something under the door to block the smell of smoke in the area I rented. Those people made no effort to come out to correct that issue. I was so relieved when I found a beautiful place to move and I let them know. Every inch of that place was cleaned with Clorox Cleanup, including the light switches!! However, when it came time to return my deposit, I got a list of bogus charges, including cleaning the top of kitchen wall cabinets!! WHAT?!? My entire deposit was kept because the apartment manager who, coincidentally, owns the cleaning service, found little issues that needed cleaning. There was a claim of a hair found near the toilet. I also took pictures of the place after I cleaned it, to which I received no response.

The charges are unbelievable upon move out, they charged me 150.00 to remove extra carpet and a wheelbarrow which was there before I even moved in! 125.00 to clean the house and fill in holes in the wall which we already did and have pictures and video to prove it. They just want your money and don't care about you

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst management ever! Apartments are falling apart and old yet they have the gall to charge oilfield prices for slummy apartments. Laundry room never functions properly, fire alarms always going off and making loud buzzing noises in the hallways. Then I figure at least I'll get back my deposit after shining up our tird of an apartment, but get a list of BS charges for cleaning and "maintenance" and carpet cleaning when they have been putting in new carpets in all the other apts as people move out. Not to mention for blinds that I never had when I moved in! Save yourself a headache and rent from a local private renter or anyone else!

WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT / OR SIGN A LEASE WITH IPM property management!

I hope this helps someone avoid all the trouble i have delt with when dealing with these people. Lazy, incompetent, unprofessional slum lords and liars! I really cant believe how remedial this company is and how they get away with running a business is beyond me! I was dooped into signing a lease "fraudulent lease" that is full of a lot of false information that they have no clue about. WHAT A JOKE! So atleast i was getting a decent apparent, boy was i wrong! No smoking and no pets is what i was promised. And that is a must due to allergies, they couldn't have been more wrong! About the half the people i see going in and out have animals and i think even more smoke cigarettes in the building which isn't insulated or sealed very well at all. Needless to say this slum smells like animal feces and urine mixed with the strong smell of dingy cigarette smoke. NO GOOD! Tryed to contact property management and the fail to return phone calls or even adress the problem. Not to mention all the other major issues they just seemed to completely ignore, SO unprofessional i could not believe it! The lease is about 25% incorrect and when confronted they made up excuses and avoided the facts. This particular facility has no maintenance and is taken care of by the supposed OWNER. Needless to say no door closes right nothing works properly, nothing gets fixed. This place is filthy dirty and the laundry room set up is a joke! What ever happen to pride in ownership? How is this places main focus on taking your money and getting over on people. I really just don't get it! THIS IS THE WORST RENTING EXPERIENCE EVER! Plese save yourself some time and trouble and stay away from these jokers!
