I went there to get my company's truck oil changed.. watched them never saw them drain my oil when I left I checked my oil it was dirty... went back to our shop had the guys drop the oil it was as black as could be the charged me for an oil change.. they put a new filter in and never changed the oil....! straight up dishonest shop will never go back!! no stars poor service and horrible attitude!!!

First off they pulled my drain plug before I even said what service I wanted or to find out a price. Then they say on the receipt that they checked everything and they didn't even look at my air filter. They added a little bit of power steering fluid. At the end they didn't tell me what was going on under my hood or even show me my oil level. Very disappointed

This place does not know what they are doing when it comes to oil changes. they put the oil filter on so tight it started to leak oil and I can not get it off. I have tried a belt, oil wrench, vice scripts, a screw driver all the way through and still will not budge. Anyone who has done a oil change knows you only put it on hand tight. And not superman powers tight. They will be getting a call tomarrow that is for sure. A bunch of morans!!!!!!!!!
