Every time I've attempted to make an appointment with Kim the groomer, she schedules the appointment then simply doesn't show up to at her place of business for the appointment SHE made. This has happened more than once, the last time she didn't even bother to call me back with an excuse as to why she couldn't do the appointment. I will not be going to her or attempting to schedule with her again. Nor will I recommend her to others so they don't waist their time waiting around for her to be a no show.
