STAY AWAY!!! My wife and I lived in a condo association, and half the units said to use a realtor at Signal by the name of Bernie Pellenwessel to sell our property after a flood because he was in their coffee group. Initially, he was pleasant to work with. He mentioned how his home was flooded back in 1969 and how he could sympathize. Once the business aspect was brought out though, he quickly changed tunes. I asked him clarification questions about the confusing jargon in his contract, and he would give a shady answer. When asked again, he would get flustered then start to fidget. After about 10 minutes, he started making statements that were the opposite of what he said previously. When called out on it, he started to get even more upset then finally threw the contract at us and told us to find another agent. I tried to calm him down, my wife tried, and after every question we asked afterwards, he would start to answer then stop and say to find another agent. When I asked for his manager to make a complaint, he sent me into his SON'S office. His son looked at me blankly while I expressed my concerns, then told me to have a nice day. Rude, unhelpful, insulting, and unprofessional. This business clearly does not value its customers if it not only provides customer service like that BUT CONDONES IT when someone makes a justified complaint! STAY AWAY!!

No Professionalism and Rude.



The facility did not refer us as Mr. or Mam. Yelled when things could have been handled at a more responsible manner. The employees were very impatient.
