I didn't take this taxi. I was at the grocery store and an eldery woman with a walker was struggling to load her entire cart full of groceries into the cab. It was obvious she was in pain while doing this and as I walked by I noticed the cab driver not giving 2 craps. I went to my vehicle and unloaded my groceries and went back to help. The cab driver gave me a nasty look...he musta been trying to run up the meter or take a nap or something. I loaded the rest of the groceries for her and she was extremely thankful. It made me pretty sad and disappointed in people.

terrible dispatcher

the cab was 7 minutes late. wheb I called to see how far away it was the dispatcher told me

" he dropped someone off and she didn't know how many seconds it would take to get from the drop to get me"



I guess only NY taxi cabs can be on time. she gave attitude so I droveyself to the airport

This company is ran poorly and the dispatchers have very negative attitudes. Once our driver was told that we were already in the van after the dispatcher told him to cancel our pick up, he decided to drive 20 over limit to our home. The driver was informed to cancel our order simply because I asked when she estimated the time of arrival of our cab. I then proceeded to contact the manager who defended the dispatcher. Isn't the customer always right? This has inevitably resulted in Taxi-9000 losing 3 valuable customers. This is not the only time we have had issues with this company. If you can take your business elsewhere, please do.

i wish there was a no star rev...

i wish there was a no star review rather than a 1 star. my friend and i got a ride from these guys and i happened to drop my more than expensive phone in the van. The good part is that i got it back however comma ever since i have been harassed by the cabbie who turned in my phone via text message wanting me to give him/his dispatcher money for finding it. i dont want to sound ungrateful but it is getting annoying and more than creepy. bottom line in the future i am going to walk from now on rather than support a company that employ's creepy, money-grubbing people like this.

I wish there were another taxi...

I wish there were another taxi company in Minot. The last 2 times I've called its taken more than 40 minutes for them to get to my house. Which wouldn't be such an issue if it weren't for the fact that I was on my way to work and they won't let you make a scheduled pickup if you're going to work. I have been more than 15 minutes late the last two times. But unfortunately I have no other options and I'll have to continue to use this company.

I was sick today and needed someone reliable to get our daughther from school. I called them and they were very friendly and she came home very happy with the experience. I would reccomend this company to anyone! Thanks all!
