If you're looking to rent a place in Minot ND, steer clear of any place serviced by verendrye electricity. We rent a 30ft by 12ft two bedroom FEMA trailer and are being charged almost $150 a month in electricity. Verendrye is a gouger that I'm pretty sure is committing illegal buffering, we will be looking into legal advice.
