Provided by YPmobileThanks for digging up easily attainable overpriced listings, (cough zillow cough) potential homebuyer beware! Save yourself the gas, and time, get preapproved through a trusted local lender and buy new on high ground! The majority of older homes in this area were kit homes that people bought through sears and Roebuck catalogues in the 20's plumbing/wiring was an afterthought! Those that made it through the flood are outrageously overpriced!
