They made my rehab stay very easy. All of the staff at Heritage Manor takes great care of me and you can tell how compassionate they are with other residents and me. The care I receive here is above and beyond. It means a lot knowing they care and have so much sympathy for us. This has been a great second experience for me. Now I know why my father enjoyed it here so much.

I wanted to thank all of the staff in the (Renaissance) unit. I met most of the first and second shift but not third, however, I feel that Vernie was given the best care possible. I was completely satisfied. He cared for all of you. I became friends with many of you and I’ll cherish this friendship. I miss seeing you, but I won’t forget you.

I would like to thank the staff of Heritage Manor for excellent care and kindness shown to Vernon while he was a resident. He cared so much for the nurses and aides also the activity girls and cleaning people. I can only give praise for the service there. Many thanks and God Bless

The biggest & best thing I have to say about Heritage Manor is everyone has treated me nice and are very social. I would recommend Heritage Manor to others. They treated me really good.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the care Melvin received while at your facility. Thank you of course, for his daily care, meals and hygiene. But, what is truly appreciated is the companionship and time you spent with him. You listened to him and supported him. Thank you for laughing with him. He always enjoyed a good joke. He had the kindest words about your staff. He enjoyed being a part of their lives. You offered a temporary escape from his illness, at a very needed time. You made him feel extremely special. You are a dedicated team of professionals. You are full of compassion and empathy. We are comforted by the fact that there is such an outstanding facility nearby.

I am doing really well here. The help is fantastic. They are right on the ball.

I chose Heritage Manor because they were close to home and family & friends could visit. The therapy department exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back to Heritage Manor if I need therapy again. JoAnn has been WONDERFUL and attentive to all of my needs. Everyone has been wonderful and supportive.
