I called D.A.D.'s after a family heirloom came crashing to the ground and needed immediate repair. Because it was a Saturday, I left a voicemail and didn't anticipate a call back until the following Monday. To my surprise I had a return call within the hour! Dan was extremely polite and stopped his day to come to my home and look at my piece. After a quick evaluation, he gave me a very reasonable quote and I allowed him to take the piece back to his shop for immediate repair. On that following Monday, the day I anticipated the repair to begin, he delivered the piece back to my house AND helped me to reassemble it! I couldn't have been more pleased with his timely response and very quick and WONDERFUL work! I will most definitely be calling Dan and referring him to all of my friends for the the next time anything needs repair!

Repaired and re-stained a severely damaged coffee table that had gouges and white rings on it. Looks like a brand new table and the price was very reasonable compared to other places.

STAY AWAY, I had a dining table and chairs refinished, it took over month longer than estimated to complete the job and the chairs came out horrible. The table was completed and delivered on time (looked good) but he needed more time to complete the chairs. When I came to pick up the chairs they looked differrent than the table. The chairs had brush marks throughout and looked as if the stain was never wiped off prior to the clear coat. When I got home and compared the chairs and table there was a drastic difference in the quality of application and workmanship. We called Dan to see how we could make this right and he said that we could strip them down and refinish them ourselves. He does not stand behing his work....



Time was not the real issue here, we were willing to wait the extra time as long we received a quality product. Stay Away
