Coastal cruisers has been extremely unprofessional. They have been difficult to get a hold of. The lady who answers the calls has forwarded or reject our calls numerous times. She told us our expected drop off time was going to be 30 min. She proceeded to call us an hour later to say it was going to be an additional 30 min. We have now been waiting over 2 hours without receiving our bikes. By the way the rental place was located 0.8 miles away. We finally received the bikes after 3 hours of waiting. Then the delivery person proceeded to tell us that we couldn't get a discount after waiting all that time.
