E Max Group and Data Bazzar may have great prices, but if you have a problem with the merchandise they send you do not hold your breath waiting for them to fix it. We ordered laser ink refil cartridges for our Brother printer. This was the first time ordering from these people and we started with a small order to be certain they are what they claim to be.



The cartridges arrived on time but when we inserted them we received an indication on our printer that one of the cartridges was empty. Of course the printer would not work. We called Data Bazzar and were assured we would receive a replacement cartridge and a return lable for the defective cartridge. We were also told that we would receive a written confirmation of the problem along with the return shipping lable. We waited three days and heard nothing.



We called once more only to be told there was no record of our conversation, but that a replacement cartridge and return ship lable would be sent. Here we go again.



When you run a small business you tend to rely on things people tell you, and when you find that your calls and problems are ignored and you are told there is no record of your call it makes you wonder.



Great prices for defective merchandise or poor customer service are not bargains. If you are thinking about purchasing from this company think twice and remember, let the buyer be wear.
