I love Dr Ferrara, I trust him very much. He has been my OBGYN since i was 17 years old, I'm 35 now. He delivered both of my children and when I've had a problem/lost of a pregnancy he was very supportive. He is the type of Doctor that won't worry you or give you bad scenarios unless he has too. He doesn't take long in the room but if you have a question he will answer it till you understand. At the beginning of his practice with Dr Martinez, wait times were loonngggg but no more, it wont take more than 1-2 hours including wait time which is not bad for a OBGYN office. The staff can use some improvement. You have his main nurse which has been there for years and its very good but then you have his billing and procedures members which do not go out of their way to help at all. I always feel I'm bothering them if I need to call for any reason. Receptionist and nurses are the best, always with a smile in their faces. Overall, Exceptional Doctor and the staff its like any family..some good some bad but overall a great practice. I recommend Doctor Hugo Ferrara to all my friends and family !!!
