The sales team, Bill, Melina, Arthur and others at Hollywood Kia was instrumental in finding me the car that met my needs and resolving the issues I encountered with the turn in of my old lease. The lease negotiation was stressful, but after arriving at an acceptance, the team was very efficient in completing the transaction. I would highly recommend Hollywood Kia.

I dealt with Bill and he was great. Friendly and not pushy, he went out of his way to find the color combination I wanted. His manager was very good in finding me a fantastic financing deal and high trade-in value for a very old car. Would definitely recommend this for others.

Buyer's beware! I purchased a used luxury vehicle at Hollywood Kia and the experience was horrible. The car had the engine light on and I purchased it on a Sunday with the salesman advise that I could bring the vehicle back when their service department was opened. I returned the following Saturday and the service department wouldn't help. In addition I was asked to bring an approval, what they call a "Wheel Paper". I took the vehicle to BMW dealer and they explained the car had issues with a wheel and their warranty wouldn't cover the service. I went back to Hollywood Kia and spoke with the salesman who advised the service wasn't covered under their warranty either and the only thing they could do was to check the tire pressure. I explained that I purchased the vehicle with the condition that I could bring it back and the response I got was that there was nothing they could do. I took the car back to a repair service center where they discovered that one of the wheels had multiple bubbles and there was a danger with driving the vehicle in this condition. I drove my family in the same vehicle multiple times and all I can say is that Hollywood Kia would have been responsible for selling the vehicle in this condition and refusing to service it. I wouldn't stay away from this business, plenty of other options out there.

My experience at the dealership was great!!!! Bill was professional, helpful and friendly. I would recommend the dealership and consider buying another car in the future. The entire experience was awesome.

My experience at Hollywood Kia was awesome. When i entered the dealership i was approach by a very friendly salesman Garfield. Garfield help me out through the process of picking the right vehicle that i was looking for. Then I was help out by a finance representative Pablo. Pablo help me out tremendously with the pricing on the car. So for the first time purchasing a new vehicle my overall experience at Hollywood Kia was Awesome!!! I would definitely recommend Hollywood Kia to anyone. Excellent service and Friendly staff looking forward to keep doing business in the future.

Thanks to Kermitt, i walked out with my Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sorento. I had gone to a couple of other dealerships before Hollywood Kia and no one was able to help me.
