In short, they claimed the truck broke down so I had to pay for a rental car for TEN DAYS out of pocket while they fixed the truck which transported my car. It was only after I filed a police report that Mission Towing got my car to me. During that time only the truck driver would speak to me. The represenative of the business never answered my phone calls.
