It's more than a pizzeria it's like a family! My family and I eat there almost every week! Never eaten a dish we haven't loved! If you want fake food fast, go somewhere else! Everything is made fresh and I'm willing to wait! Great food, great staff, clean reataraunt...what more can you ask for??? I'd give it 10 stars if I could :-D

Primos customer service is terrible. I called and ordered, they said I would get it in 45 minutes but 2 hours? Then they called from the store to tell me that the delivery person had gotten lost after he himself had called me he had too many deliveries to make? Please , serve your customers or we will be forced to look elsewhere for fast food options.

I ordered a chicken fettucine and it wasn't very good. Whenever the chicken tastes drenched in parmesan, it's generally a sign that the restaurant doesn't know how to cook chicken fettucine very well. Bread tasted very doughy and they delivered my food without utensils. You may want to try a pizza. That might be better.
