I have been taking all of my cars to Rick for quite a few years, and have always had great service, and I believe this company is one I can trust. They always give me options, and let me know what is going on. They let me know if something can wait to be fixed, or if it is important to do right away. He always shows me my part so that I can see the damage, and understand why it would need to be fixed. He also runs great specials, and will give loyal customers a discount.

I had a terrible experience; I brought my 2001 Mitsu. Galant in to have the power steering idler pulley, power steering belt, and alternator belt replaced. The first time, they got a "bad part" and the pulley had to be replaced (again.) Then, a window mysteriously broke (I got two stories as to how), and they received the wrong part. Then, the power steering belt would squeal whenever I turned the wheel all the way to the right or left. I brought it back, and they had the nerve to tell me "You're turning your wheel too much." After adjusting the belt (again), I drove my car back down to Purdue. The belt squealed again, we checked it, and they put the power steering belt on wrong and the whole thing was shredded. I will never use this company again and would strongly discourage anyone else from using them either. It took my friend and I 10 minutes and $18 to replace the belt; I was originally charged $500.
