Biggest mistake I've ever made renting from AJP REAL ESTATE the house I rented didn't look bad until after I moved in and noticed all the horrible unsafe conditions no outlets worked and if your utilities are included do not be 2 days late on rent he will shut them off absolute #1 slumlords of mishawaka

AJP owner jason is the worst slumlord. He will enter your rental property without notice at anytime which happens to be a code violation! He will not fix any repairs on his properties and makes his tenants have to live in nasty unsafe and unhealthy conditions. He will also turn utilities and water off leaving tenants without. Do not rent from him!
