I searched for a home health agency to help watch my elderly Mom so I could get a break a few hours a week. Interim Healthcare was pleasantly prompt in answering all of my calls and very swift in getting my Mom on board when I was ready. I was very pleased that most importantly, they could be trusted with Mom's possessions. I was especially impressed with the kindness and courtesy offered by the schedulers, Terri and Chelsi.



It gave me great peace of mind to know my list of requests for details in her care were respectfully adhered to. The admitting supervisors, Sarah and Julie, recommended the appropriate level of care, which, very quickly turned out to prevent injuries and provide supportive care that I didn't see would be needed.



I can't say enough good about this company. Kim and Kathy were always available 24/7 with cheerful, superb attitudes. They never bothered me yet caused me to feel quite validated. Thank you, Interim Healthcare. You were GREAT!

I beg to differ with the previous reviewer. I question if they are sure about the company they are reviewing due to their misspelling of the company name.

My family and I had the privilege of working with "Interim" Dec. 2013 to Feb. 2014. I found myself in the position of needing help with both of my parents at the same time. They needed help but in different levels of care. Due to the knowledge and training of the staff at "Interim" we were able to use the same two staff members. This helped with my parents adjustment to strangers in their home. The staff was caring, knowledgeable and courteous. The staff had patience with my father (who could be difficult) and lovingly cared for my dying mother. The company was always in touch with us. The staff at "Interim" would make suggestions to us on changes that could be made to help with making our parents more comfortable. The staff never missed a day. I would highly recommend "Interim". If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Intrim Healthcare was one of the worst agencies I have ever worked with. They make promises to provide care, but don't have sufficient staff to keep those promises. Most of the aides that came to care for my loved one were lazy and incapable of working successfully with an Alzheimer's patient. Very disappointing! It is hated to even give them a one star rating. If I were honest I would have to rate them a negative 5. Not only was their performance subpar, but the stress they brought into our home completely negated the respite they were supposed to provide.
