Provided by YP.comBad experience. Had 2 cars installed with alarms. One of them had problems with the electrical system running down over the past 2 years. even when the alarm was disconnected from the battery, it still ran down the battery, because the alarm is also connected to other electrical systems in the car. I finally decided to have my mechanic remove the alarm, because I had to replace 3 batteries over these 2 years. No problem. I chalked it up to bad alarm. But when the mechanic was removing the alarm, he removed a 3 inch drywall screw holding in one of the modules under the driver's side dash, and was squired in the face with coolant-the installer had punctured the heater reservoir behind the console. I needed to spend $954 getting the heater core assembly replaced. The owners of the alarm company would not reimburse me for their error. I was disappointed with the way they handled the situation, denying any wrong-doing. Pretty much accused me of trying to scam them for the money.
