Provided by YP.comPlace sells broken stuff then doesn't do returns. Also brought stuff into trade in and said they wouldn't take my trade ins; however, I sent my buddy in with my stuff and they gladly did the trade in. The weird guy with the glasses is a loose cannon and is extremely rude. The owner with the black hair and the dirty facial is a scumbag. Highly do not recommend this store, unless you want to make a second trip to return your stuff.

Provided by YP.comI bought a new Retron 2 game system & 2 extra controllers. The system did not work with my tv. The screen would flash, pixelate, & shake. I tried to return the system 2 days later. I was refused a refund since the system worked on their tv. Chris, an employee, claimed it was our RCA ports (even after I said my PS2 has been hooked up to the same ports & played daily with no issues). I spoke to the owner, Nick, about it not working with my tv. He kept asking if I hooked it up correctly & was I sure I had the correct port colors to match the cable (as if I were stupid). He asked it even after I explained how I hooked it up (as if he weren't listening to me at all). He said he "couldn't refund me since HE couldn't get a refund since there's nothing wrong with the system" (as if I was lying). I suggested he refund me & re-sell it "since he believes there's nothing wrong with it". He said "he couldn't because it'd be used" (even though I never played it, returned it within 2 days, & the original package had no seals to even show it had been opened). I offered him to come to my home anytime to see the issues since he "didn't understand how I claimed the system was defective." He refused because "he was tired & it'd be too much work to come to my house" and said "if it's such an issue, bring your tv into the store & hook it up to show the problem" (as if that isn't work). I asked why he didn't care about his customers. He said " how do I not care". I said "by selling defective items & refusing to resolve the issue, which upsets customers & will make you lose them". He responded "what, only one customer, so what". I informed him it'll be more since he'll lose me, my son, my family & friends, & anyone who'd listen once I reported it to the news. He then said "Make sure you give them our address & phone number so we can get more customers to come & buy stuff". They obviously don't care about quality products, customer satisfaction, good mannerisms or morals to treat their customers with such disrespect.
