Provided by YPmobileI swear the building could have been burning down and none of the employees would have put water on the fire! They are too busy talking to each other to help customers. Will never return. Worst experience. Drive to Goshen. See ZX. They treat their customers with respect and acknowledge their presence!

Provided by YPmobileHuge shop with a great selection of firearms and accessories. Window shop on Saturday - they are just too busy to provide full service. Return on a weekday when it's quiet and you will find a helpful and knowledgable staff.

Provided by YP.comI purchase a gun one week ago. Was delayed which I get is not their fault. I called them back a couple times and each time someone different told me to come back on the next Thursday to pick it up. Even the Wednesday night before I called just to make sure and was told again come get it tomorrow morning. So I drove out there (55 minutes) and then was told I still can't get it and the other employees did not know what they were talking about! I asked For a refund and will find a gun shop closer to me. Too bad they can't refund my gas and time I wasted! Thanks for nothing.

Provided by YPmobileIve been a patron of this place for almost 20 yrs. it used to be a nice place with friendly people. boy have times changed. now it is filled with part time help with little real knowledge of their products. and the full timers have a holier than thou attitude and are mostly rude. i purchased a taurus gp100 from them and got less than100 rounds before the cylinder froze. then refused a refund or exchange. and the bald guy was extremely rude and said i could send it for repairs or leave. There are much better places to purchase firearms they may not have the selection but they will know about what they do

Provided by YPmobilethe worst place to buy a gun or any thing, customer service is the worst ive ever had anywhere. does not matter how much you spend,or how offen you shop there. i will never spend another dime there. i special ordered a holster 3 wks ago wad told one week it would be there, when i called the 3rd time i was put on hold so he could look for it. i walked in the store still on hold ten min later and there the guy is helping another customer. he said oh sorry i forgot u where on hold. then went to look for it and came out with another guys stuff to help him. wtf! this is just one of the last five times i been in there and had bad service. bought an ar and acc. over 1800$ no help on the price, still kicking myself for going through with that. i will only look at stuff to feel it out then i will order offline or another shop. if you don't believe me just walk in there one time. no wonder they been hiring for five months. good luck. i had to leave one star, othetwards no stars screw that place and there employees.

Provided by YP.comBought a LC9 the first of november and a week later had to return the gun for warranty. On pickup I was required to do a nics check at which time I was wrongfully denied when I had purchased the gun only days earlier. Was told by the staff " Its state law to do a nics check on every gun that leaves this store"- liar! When getting my fingerprint card form my local sherriffs department, my towns sherriff actually called the store and asked about a nics check for a warranty pickup at which time the story changed and the policy turned to in-store. Takes 95 buisiness days to get an appeal so looks like ill be without personal protection untill it comes back. Shame on nics for such a slow turn-around and shame on mge for lying to customers. Also note not one single person in the store has been thru the appeal process or has any info on such, so dont expect any more help than being handed a photo-copied pamphlet of nics appeal guidlines.

Provided by YP.comSpecial ordered 2 boxes of 16 ga shotgun shells on 10/27/2011. It's now 1/7/2012, no shells yet. When I went into the store they were completely out of 16 ga shells and the salesman made the offer to me to special order what I wanted. He verified that they were available from their supplier. I know it's a small sale for them but I paid up front. They have my money I have no product to show for it. I was told an order like that usually takes about a week. After 2 weeks I called the store. I was told the guy in receiving is good about calling when orders come in. At 5 weeks I went into the store and was told the same thing in person, while I was there I noticed they did have some 16 ga shells back in stock, just not the shot size and brand I ordered. After 7-8 weeks I used the "contact us" section of their website asking for a status report, if it was backordered and if there was an estimated arrival date or if I should expect a refund. NO RESPONSE to my inquiry. What's the next step, BBB complaint or small claims court? I tried shopping locally instead of ordering from Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shop, or Sportsman’s Guide. If I would’ve ordered from one of them and paid a little more for the shipping charges I would have received them by now.

Provided by YP.comI went in to talk with the person who does the orders only to get harassed by a bald guy for 1 hour that had no idea what he was talking about. The bald guy could not keep the facts straight and had a hard time understanding simple sentences. The guy who does the ordering took 30 minutes on one customer, even though he knew I was waiting. Prices are all MSRP, do not expect to save money.
