Awful!

These are the worst apartments that I ever lived in! The apartment was dirty when I moved in and missing toilet parts. The air conditioner had mold growing in it. A couple weeks later the hot water knob to my shower broke and my boyfriend had to get into the utility closet to shut the water off. The emergency help line didn't seem to think it was an emergency and it took them two days to fix it. When they did they tightened the handles too tight and I had to use brute force just to turn the shower on. A few weeks after that my stove started leaking gas and after three days of no maintenance, I had to call NIPSCO to come and fix it. They had to evacuate the apartment because it was so bad. A few weeks after that a pipe burst behind the toilet overnight and I woke to two inches of water flooding my apartment. They got the water out but it made the carpets very musty smelling. Worst costumer service I have EVER experienced. You can't get these people to answer the phone or get anything done. I was there 7 months and the office person changed every two months! The best thing they did was let me out of my lease 5 months early! Lots of crime, my car was broken into twice. Do NOT live here. Pay a little extra for something else because you truly are getting what you pay for.
