I go to Popeyes on Hickory Road in Mishawaka Indiana every year for Christmas dinner for my family.. I order large amounts and the service here is incredible...
Everyone greets you right when you walk in...
When I say Greet I mean with such holiday spirit!!! The food is always amazing they packed it so carefully ...Also they help guide me through what I wanted to add to the order with such expertise an excellent advice...
If that wasn’t enough then they carried my food to my vehicle for me ....this group of workers has been at it for a while now and they all deserve a raise!
Great customer service!
This Popeyes goes above and beyond!
Thank your again to all of you for making my families holidays so special!

Deserae is the most unfit, unprofessional and most disrespectful manager I have ever spoken to.
My three year old son had a reaction to how spicey the Rippin Chicken was (our first time trying it and we were not even aware that it was spicey, we were even ASKED if we wanted regular or spicey.) When I came back in to correct this with the manager she pointed to the sign and said "You see those peppers, that means it's spicey." I even asked for a small cup of water for my son because he was having a coughing so much. She of course stated that it was going to COST ME .20cents. I SPENT my last $21.40 on this terrible service and terrible chicken. Not only did they mess up my order the 1st time which leads me to believe that they over spiced the chicken out of anger but Deserea didn't even apologize for anything. Nothing. In fact she acted as if it was MY FAULT.
Thankfully when I came back to the car my mom had my son stabilized. When I told her that my son was choking because of their mistake and he needs water she said to me and I quote " It's 20cents, these cups cost" even AFTER I told her again that my son was choking.
That 20cent per cup that Popeyes has to pay for would've costed thousands of dollars if my son had to be rushed to the E.R. Never had this bad of service in my life! Everyone else on the counter was helpful and courteous. Deserae on the other hand was the most disrespectful manager I have ever met. I cannot believe you wouldn't give me a 20cent cup of WATER when I told you my son was having a reaction. You have lost my service as long as Deserea is working there. 20cents...really..

We waited 39 minutes for our order. We were not alone, the place was full of customers waiting for their food, some before us. They were serving the packed drive-through line before us. Finally asked for a refund and left.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. they ignore you even if you are standing at the counter...then when they feel like it...they argue about who is going to take your order. no apologies, nothing but rudeness. We counted 11 employees, two of which were managers. One other customer sitting in the dining area and every table dirty.
I love Popeye' s but will never go to this one again.
