my son there who was frightened and upset Shawna the hygienist mocked him she was rude I asked if he could have a thyroid collar x-ray vest for his x-rays because we have extreme thyroid problems in my family I just had extreme I was pregnant with him doesn't matter why I asked for the thyroid collar Instead of taking off the first 1that she put on she came in and slap the other vest down on him she refuse to take the first one off I told when I arrived they didn't even have my appointment scheduled even though they had all of his information easy mistake but then I let the person on the phone the very extremely rude and unprofessional hygienist Shawna I let her know as well as the dentist that a chunk of his tooth to came first primary molar I looked up the it anatomical name for that tooth so that I could be specific she mocked my kid for crying she was abusive by throwing two vests on him on it and saying he couldn't breathe and telling him we just needed to get the x-rays done and I said he will he's got two vests on he isn't exaggerating he only weighs 30 lbs he probably really is having a problem breathing she asked me to go out of the room so she could get the X-ray was out of the room she made she kept also to the X-ray tech the person helping her flip the switch she kept rolling her eyes and talking out of the corner of her mouth to that person finally the dentist after watching so I called I left there they did silver fluoride on my kids teeth they didn't put it on the one that I was there to have them triage I got home I looked at it it was no black mark on it from the fluoride I I brought back a second time and she finally offered him water and had him swallow the fluoride I asked if she could have him spit and instead she gave him water two more times after I asked her that he spit the water and not swallow it she told him to swallow just basically directly going against what I had to say why would my kid want to swallow that silver fluoride it's toxic

I was very happy to find this office. I needed a tooth pulled and they got me in right away. Dr. Douglas was great. Everyone there made me feel comfortable. Annette and Ariel along with Dr. Douglas get a big thumbs up from me :)

Recently moved to the area. my children went to the main office which is amazing. I recently having to go on hoosier insurance Medicaid had a much different experience. It was horrible. I felt like Dr. M. did not listen to me or m y concerns considering my treatment options. The next dentist i go to i will make sure listens and help ease my tensions. This is why i have a fear of any dental procedure. The staff was wonderful but did not make up for the dentist rude demur.
