First Columbia should be out of business and the incompetent owner Alice Woods, should have retired eons ago. They've managed to squeeze between the raindrops and stay afloat, but without question, are THE "bottom-of-the-barrel" company of companies. Spread the word, and avoid this one like the plague!

Alice Woods is as inefficient as it gets and will never pick up the phone to make a call if there are issues. She will never follow up on resolved issues and continue to auto send reprimands and threats even if the issue is resolved prior to being fined. You have to rely on mail when it is a known that there is a stolen mail issue in the complex and mis mailing. She should have been fired eons ago. She is entertains all and any complaints from her "old dog" buddies who have nothing better to do than to make your life their problem. They have been sued for slander and the case was won. This gives you an idea of the misererable interaction with this company. Yes.. rude and lazy. It's unfortunate that the tenants cannot have a voice and do something about the badgering and harrassing Alice entertains. In short, I finally sold my townhome and I am not happier. Think twice before living in Tarzana Tennis Townhomes. it was a miserable existance.
