The car was filthy when I got it. It had a odor and sun flower seeds all over the floor. The car also drove weird. When I called them to tell them. I was told well what do you want us to do it about it rather than come back and we will upgrade you to another car. I went back to exchange the car and they said they were just having one washed. It wasn't washed it was wiped down and windows were still dirty. First time having a issue with his companys professionalism.

Love renting from this location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was able to pick up our car the afternoon before our morning pick up time without additional charge
