We have only positive things to say about this hotel. Room service was spectacular, it was so comfortable and enjoyable . We loved our stay. So relaxing. It felt like a home away from home, not a hotel stay.

Very comfy hotel. The service makes you feel like your at home. They are genuine and helpful. They were very good at answering any question that I had. The room was a good size and I definitely had one of the best stays I've ever had.

The Comfort Inn I-35 @ Shawnee Mission Parkway has the best quality and customer service around. Keep up the great work !

Staff was polite and helpful; the location is in a lovely neighborhood; the accommodations serviceable. I would stay there again in the future.

The room did have a fridge. plenty of towels, nice hotel staff. near many restaurants.

Some good points definitely worth mentioning is that the a/c in the room worked very well and there was a fridge and micro in the room. The woman at the front desk who checked me in was really very nice and professional. I had no bad experience with the people, they were great.

Stayed at this hotel with family for a funeral. Rooms were spacious and clean. New carpeting, new sheets. Even had 4 pillows on each bed. Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff. The hotel offered free breakfast but we didn't eat there so can't comment on it. Great location along I-35 on the frontage road. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again.

Obvious renovation taking place, but was clean. Wasn't asked at check-in smoking room preference. Easy access, no problem getting late check-out.

We stayed December 7, 2007. The hotel was nice. The room was basic, updated and clean. Breakfast was good. The service was fine. Staff was professional. The hotel is fairly close to shopping and easy to get to. I would stay there again.
