Provided by YP.comCeiling cracked & my apt got flooded & I put in a maintenance request (with pics) to them immediately as soon as I found out, & they didn't come UNTIL OVER 1 MONTH LATER. By that time MOLD AND ORGANISM were growing on my walls, and they refused to let me end my lease without having to pay the fine even though it was practically a health hazard to live there, saying that I didn't submit the request to leave immediately (I was away for work for a month) & bc they "had to pay a lot to fix the damages". Wait, like that's my fault...? My place still smells but manager (Lauren) told me that I'm "not an expert" so I can't say that it's unsanitary. Just because they tried to fix it >1 month later doesn't mean that the damages haven't already been done. I've never in my life have had an allergic reaction but til this month for 8 days straight which was probably a delayed reaction (pretty common) to the molds. Wish I had reported them to the health department when I could.
ALSO my apartment was broken into & I was attacked in my bed while living at this place awhile back.
If you think the prev management was bad this new management is even worse.
FYI I paid the fine to leave ASAP. Couldn't really afford to but didn't want to risk my health and put up with management. 1 co-worker and 2 friends of mine are living here at different units and we are all moving out as soon as we're able to. BE WARNED. Seriously, go read all of the other horrible reviews about management here.

Provided by YP.comThe apartments themselves are OK, but the management company running this place, The Peterson Companies, is absolutely horrible. I had an issue with one half of the rent for September 2013 being ONE DAY late (the on site manager told me it was one day late and then the main office for them told me it was two days late) and they held my feet to the fire about the late payment conditions in the lease. I am a cosigner on the lease for my daughter who lives here. Just our half of the rent was one day late because her roommate paid the other half of the rent on time. I am being charged a $107 late fee on a $342 rent payment that was one day late! What a joke! This was bad enough but the worst part is, the on premises office, when I called them was totally unprofessional and rude. They treated me like dirt. Absolutely no customer service and no concern for the customer whatsoever (Dah, I am a customer you know?) I could tell this office has been trained to give leeway to no one and to stand your ground. There is no such thing as extenuating circumstances to this company. This is how they treated me. I then called the main office, asked for the owner of the company, and was informed that "he never comes in the office"; (oh how nice) so I then talked to the "general manager" about my issue with the late charge and the indecently of their staff at Foxfire. This guy came from the exact same mold - I got nowhere. It is just inherent with this company that they stand their ground and give in on nothing and treat the customer like crap. Well, if you live in Foxfire Apartments, you just better not have to deal with the management company at all, otherwise you will want to leave this apartment complex immediately. This company is the worst!! For me giving them even a one star rating is pushing it! Avoid anyone working for The Peterson Companies no matter what!! I experienced the wrath of this company and it was terrible!

Provided by YP.comOverall incredibly poor because of management. If you have any problem at all EXPECT ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLUTION. I spoke with the company's owner Peterson Companies regional manager and he was rude, sarcastic, and demeaning. I will not be renewing my contract nor would I ever recommend this property. If you value time, money, and peace of mind stay away from Foxfire Apartments and Peterson Companies Properties.
