Most B***s**t place on earth. Dont take your pets here they will f**k them up. Promise.

I can't say enough about this location. The only problem is none of it is good. I have never seen a store where the empolyees walk around like they are in a prison. You can't get any help. Hotel staff is rude and can't even answer the basic of questions. Wouldn't feel safe leaving my pets there at all. I tried both phone and in person both experences were very bad.

Let move onto grooming. Couldn't get a straight answer on what it would cost to groom my dogs. I saw one employee force a dog on to the table. I feel sorry for anyone who takes their dogs to this location.



Store in general: shelves are fairly well stocked compared to some petsmart I have been in. Staff is not the best in answering questions about needs especially food.

After my last visit where I was treated like a dirt bag by the so called Salon Manager I will never return to this location. Not to mention my dog had a bloody spot size of a nickel on his neck and of course no one could tell me what happened.

Store is just incompetent
