Customer service is terrible!!
I called location to help with employment verification for an employee of that company. Gloria ( person who is in charge of verifying) was just extremely rude and Vicky I believe was the name of the individual answering calls who was also in charge of the office so she said was extremely and horribly rude as well!! Sad thing about all this is that this is a home health location where they are there to help those in need elderly and all different ages due do illnesses.. I understand and I'm thrllled to know that they aren't the ones in the actual homes of those needing the care but as a professional home health employee you need to have great customer service to all as they enter an office or call an office for questions and help !! These two people Gloria and Vicki are needing customer serve training immediately or must stay home away from others!!
