I have owned my BMW for over a year and thus far Mr. Flores at the Euro Clinic has been by far the one person that has gone beyond what is expected to provide exceptional customer service.. I took my car in for a headlight service and they ended up re-programming my entire operating system at no additional charge from my quoted amount. I had gotten a much higher quote from the dealership, so I opted to go with Euro Clinic. Not only did they fix my active headlight system, they also upgraded my cars operating system which made it idle, drive, shift, and operate a lot smoother and all at no additional charge. They have definitely earned my trust and business for the years to come. I can honestly say that based on my experience with them, I truly recommend them. They are very knowledgeable, honest, and go the extra mile to keep their customers happy.
