I called the floral department and made a purchase of a nice Valentines present.

Its was an arrangement of flowers which was $159.99 plus $25.00 delivery, paid total of $200.25 w/ my credit card w the floral manager Roney.

When delivery was made, the card was missing and the arrangement was not exaclty like the one I had chosen (diff. color).

I called the floral department days after and an employee (Oralia) took notes and said the manager would get back on me. Never heard from them after this.

Very bad service.
