the phone is either busy or no-one answers. they have failed to send all documents requiered in a timely manner to mortgage company therefore we keep having to send last 2 mths statements and last 2 paycheck stubs.....now for the 4th time!!!! now we have to send in a completed new packet with everything we did in Oct.

would not recommend these people to help with any type of restructured home loan. they have no follow up
