Provided by YP.comTook my Lexus RX 300 and my sons Toyota Tacoma for alignments did awesome work, they did some extra alignment stuff on my sons truck and did not charge extra for it. They showed what they did and why. Very nice very friendly I tell everyone to go there. Someone you can trust. I would send my wife there and not worry.

Provided by YP.comJust got my Lexus back from Allen Tire in Mission Viejo, and can't wipe the smile off my face no matter how hard I try.
Had both front upper strut mounts replaced, both shocks replaced, and a complete front end alignment. Labor cost at Allen = $169.00. Lexus Dealer wanted $550.00 for exact same labor with alignment (quote was for mounts only, don't know if it would have increased for shocks -- shocks have to be taken off to get to mounts -- labor rate should not be affected, but who knows). If my math is correct, Lexus is more than 3x the labor price!!!!!
The moral of the story, well, it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out.
Also, I should not leave out the part of professional and courteous staff, and immaculately kept reception area and shop, and prompt service (within the time promised). No fancy coffee or bagel like the dealer, buy hey, I walked down to Starbucks which is 3 minutes walking.
On the drive home from Allen Tire, absolutely NO NOISE, and pretty sure that the problem has finally been solved after years of agonizing squeaks and rattles. If I don't update this review, it means that the noise is gone for good, and I am happy.
NOTE: For YEARS I have experienced front suspension noise from my Lexus, which is more prevalent in the Winter/cold, and goes dormant in the Summer months. I've mentioned it to many service shops (in fairness to Lexus Dealer, to them only once; but to the Toyota dealer and a couple of independent shops. Nobody was able to pin-point the source of the noise.
Long story short, after researching numerous Lexus Owner forums, turns out that there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that had been issued long ago about bad upper strut mounts, but since it is a QUALITY issue, and not a SAFETY issue, Lexus doesn't care (my personal impression after dealing with their "Customer Service/Relations" people). Lexus is well aware of the problematic inferior part -- they just chose to ignore it.
