On any given day, Joy Smith typically asks me questions about what I want to focus on or what I want her to work on. If I leave it up to her, then, as she works on my body she learns what my body needs, senses what requires adjustment, and determines the best course of action for treatment that day.

As Joy works she pays attention to the progress and will adjust her treatment plan depending on my body‘s responsiveness on the day of the treatment. Every time I’ve had a session with Joy, she works collaboratively with me to ensure that I get most out of it.

One of my favorite things about a session with Joy is the peaceful setting she creates. In addition, her desire to make a sincere connection with me maximizes the benefits of my therapy session.
